Check-in is from 3PM until 6PM arrival. We can arrange from self check-in. Check-in is from 3:00pm till 6:00pm, unless by prior arrangement [laura@elranchorobles.com]. There are no refunds for no-shows or late arrivals. Check-out is at 11:00am. Please remember to leave your key in your room or drop it off at the ranch office and say good-bye as you depart!

ALL visitors of guests my be off property by 10PM.
ALL amplified music must be turned down by 10PM.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to arrival will forfeit the entire amount unless booking for a future date in the same calendar year.
Pet Policy:
Dogs are allowed by prior arrangement with an extra charge. Service animals stay at El Rancho Robles free of charge with proper paperwork. Dogs must be kept leashed. Please clean up after your pet. Ask us if you need disposal bags. Each owner is responsible and liable for their animal. No pets over 30lbs. Please do not leave your pet unattended. A non-refundable fee of $25 per dog for a one-night stay -OR- a $35 per dog non-refundable fee for a stay of two or more nights will apply and be paid in advance of your arrival. Dogs must be kept leashed and with their owner at all times. Also, you are required to clean up after your dog. Each owner is responsible and liable for their animal and its behavior while on El Rancho Robles Historic Guest Ranch property.
Smoking Policy
Please put cigarette butts in appropriate, provided containers throughout the property. Smoking is prohibited inside all residences, rooms and buildings. Burning candles, incense or use of any other smoking device (including vapes) is also prohibited. A cleaning fee of $500 [minimum] will be charged for any break in policy by the guest and/or guest group member. In addition, smoking is prohibited outside, within 25 feet of all residences’, rooms’ and buildings’ entrances. Thank you for your cooperation. Controlled Substance Policy.
Liability Policy
We do not accept liability for any damage, loss or injury to you and/or any member of your party, including your pet/s and/or any vehicles and/or possessions.
